For the entire MC Movt scheme to succeed in the Philippines, a great majority if not all of 40+ million Filipino employees local and abroad have to become mega co-op shareholders. This recruitment goal can help fast track mega co-op organization & operations nationwide. Expectantly, action should double up if recruiters get compensated for their efforts.
